Dr. Janine Trottier attended Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education. She graduated with her Master´s degree in Sports Medicine from The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
After getting experience at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs as a licensed athletic trainer she went on and started two sports rehabilitation centers in the DFW area in Texas.
Dr. Trottier has been a personalized strength coach for professional athletes due to her expertise in sports medicine. She is also a licensed massage therapist with years of experience.
She also is a certified Hypnotherapist and has used this technique and Neuro-Emotional Anti-sabotage Techniques with corporations, and family situations.
In August 1986, Dr. Trottier graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in Irving Texas. She has been dedicated to serving Dallas and the surrounding area since 1986. She primarily has over twenty-five years of experience treating neuro-musculoskeletal injuries, headaches, and pain in the neck, back, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, ankle, and foot.
She is skilled in Diversified ("low force") for realigning the spine and relieving pain and N.E.T. ("gentle touch") technique as well as cold laser therapy, myofascial release, therapeutic exercises and massage therapies.
Athletic injuries, neck pain, low back pain, athletic myofascial pain, carpal tunnel, migraine and sinus headaches.
